NSW Police have made the transition from keeping hardcopy records to digital information management to improve accessibility and administrative control. This was also aimed at limiting the time spent on archiving processes, increasing cost of storage of hard copy records and the time spent on manual approvals. This session will explore the journey from its embryonic stage to completion whilst managing Business As Usual.
