2:20 PM Increasing Commercial Viability of a Public Sector Organisation by Setting Up Shared Services
TAFE NSW is 2 years into a 6 year transformation that is aimed at growing long term commercial viability. At the centre of these changes is the consolidation of 10 different entities to form TAFE NSW and the MOG shift, moving from the Department of Industry to the Department of Education. With the consolidation has come the establishment of Shared Services with HR, Finance and Legal being centralized in a single, regional location. This session will look at the planning and launching of the TAFE NSW Shared Services whist balancing the MOG changes.
