This session will highlight the balancing act of effectively responding to the Machinery of Government changes and maintaining high levels of service delivery. This year, QSS are proposing a new way of working that is more agile whilst maintaining appropriate governance and customer engagement. The project is called “MORE” MOG, Optimisation, Release evolution.
