As the State’s consumer regulator Consumer Affair's Victoria is in the midst of a 3 year transformation to achieve regulatory excellence. The transformation is focus on organisational capability and in a Department wide first, they are using an outcome based framework. This involves significant change management and stakeholder engagement. This session will explore that journey to date.
