11:20 AM Uncovering an End-to-End ERP Upgrade in the Public Sector, from Conception and Change Management to Implementation
ANSTO’s has recently upgraded its ERP system, rolling it out in 3 months across 900 staff working in different locations. The current system includes has less siloes and is more user friendly. It covers HR, Finance and Payroll and includes certain functionality that didn’t exist earlier such as leave approval for example. The new ERP system has embedded greater speed into administrative tasks freeing up staff to focus on what really matter. This session will address how they have successfully rolled this out with minimum disruption to the business by conducting change impact assessments and running an extensive training program.
